I started working with Jordan at 17% body fat feeling out of shape with no direction in regards to what I was eating. In four months I was reading 7% body fat and in the best shape of my life. I continued to diet all the way down to 5% and learnt how easy it is for me to maintain a lean physique all year round while still being able to have fun and live my life. If theres one thing Jordan knows, is how to obtain results without having to partake in radical or crazy fad diets. Mad props to you Jordan!
